  • This dynamic 2- hour workshop will teach you to harness the power of breath to:
  • Prime your muscles before exercise
  • Run further with less effort
  • Breathe smarter during recovery to reduce soreness
  • Train your body to use oxygen more effectively for endurance

  • Sound Bath: A tranquil session featuring a sonic journey of different sounds and frequencies to promote relaxation and mindfulness.

Each course will focus on using breathwork techniques, visualisation, and powerful SOMA breath-in-beats music technology to help you overcome specific pain points, such as stress, anxiety, chronic pain, low self-confidence, feeling overwhelmed or stuck

From stress to rest: A 4-week breathwork journey to health and wellbeing

When:  4 in-person sessions (Mondays): 17 and 24 November &  1 and 8 December
Time: 6:30pm – 7:30pm

This course is designed to help you correct your daily breathing and use your breath as a powerful tool to reduce stress, overcome anxiety, improve health,  emotional balance, and everyday resilience. Over four weekly in-person sessions—supported by simple, guided exercises at home—you’ll learn how to breathe more efficiently, reduce stress, improve sleep, and feel more in control of your energy and mood.

  • Four 60 min in-person sessions (small group)
  • Materials for home practice: exercises with music tracks, handouts, breath awareness & control diary
  • ‘Breathe in beats’ music track with guided breathwork to practice after the course
  • Accountability group on WhatsApp
  • 30 min online catch up, if you miss a session
