Summer Solstice Retreat Day - Yoga, Breath and Sound

This course is designed to help you correct your daily breathing and use your breath as a powerful tool to reduce stress, overcome anxiety, and improve health, emotional balance, and sleep. Over four weekly in-person sessions – supported by breathing tracks and exercises to do at home – you’ll learn how to breathe more efficiently, reduce stress, improve sleep, and feel more in control of your energy and mood. In a dedicated WhatsApp group, you will receive daily motivations, support and further resources to help you develop and embed new practices in your daily habits for a lasting change.
- Four 60 min in-person sessions (small group)
- Materials for home practice: exercises with music tracks, handouts, and a breath awareness & control diary
- Access to ‘Breathe in beats’ music tracks with guided breathwork to practice after the course, available on your mobile phone

Over four weekly Zoom sessions—supported by simple, guided exercises at home—you’ll learn how to breathe more efficiently, reduce stress, improve sleep, and feel more in control of your energy and mood.
