When you’re stressed, your breath becomes shallow, rapid, and chaotic—triggering even more stress hormones, racing thoughts, and that crushing feeling in your chest. It’s a vicious cycle. And it’s fixable.
This course is designed to help you correct your daily breathing and use your breath as a powerful tool to reduce stress, overcome anxiety, improve health, emotional balance, and everyday resilience. Over four weekly in-person sessions—supported by simple, guided exercises at home—you’ll learn how to breathe more efficiently, reduce stress, improve sleep, and feel more in control of your energy and mood.
- Four 60 min in-person sessions (small group)
- Materials for home practice: exercises with music tracks, handouts, breath awareness & control diary
- ‘Breathe in beats’ music track with guided breathwork to practice after the course
- (Optional) WhatsApp group – daily encouragements, additional videos, and content (to help you develop your daily practice)
