8‑Week Functional Breathing & Nervous System Reset Programme

A guided journey to calmer breathing, deeper rest, and a more resilient you.

Why this programme exists

Quick breathing tools are brilliant for moments of stress – before a meeting, after a long day, or when your mind won’t switch off. But if you’re dealing with overwhelm, anxiety spikes, disrupted sleep, or a constant “on‑edge” feeling, you need something deeper and more consistent.

This programme is designed to help you retrain your breathing patterns, improve your oxygen efficiency, and build a calmer, more regulated nervous system in a way that’s structured, supported, and sustainable.

What You’ll Experience Over 8 Weeks

A gradual, science‑based progression that helps you:

  • Become breath-aware.

  • Correct your breathing patterns

  • Reduce breaths per minute

  • Increase oxygen efficiency

  • Calm your stress response

  • Sleep more deeply

  • Build emotional resilience

  • Feel more grounded and steady day-to-day.

Most people notice meaningful changes within 4 weeks, with deeper, more lasting transformation by week 8.

What’s included?

Weekly Live Sessions (in-person if you live in Oxfordshire or online via Zoom)
  • Functional breathing training (1 hour)

  • Breathwork journeys for deep relaxation (1 hour)

  • Recordings available if you can’t attend

Daily Guided Practice (to do at home)
  • Access to curated music tracks for functional breathing

  • Breathwork journeys to support rest, recovery, and emotional balance

  • Clear guidance on what to practice each day

Programme Portal

Accountability & Support
  • Private WhatsApp group for Q&A

Time commitment: 2 hours per week for live sessions and, on average, 20-30 min for home practice daily

Cost: Individual class, £15 

(1) £50 for a block of 4 to be used within 3 months

(2) Bring a friend and you will both pay half
