Meditation with Aska is by far one of the single most important things I have started on my wellness journey; it is truly exceptional. "I loved the half-day breathing workshop with Aska! It was fascinating understanding the science behind it all; and having the opportunity to practice different types of breathing made it concrete and easier to apply in my daily life. I really look forward to and treasure breathwork class with Aska each week. Aska's manner of teaching is calming, professional, informative and she cleverly mixes in a little fun as well. We attend the weekly classes at David Lloyd's. My first thought was how will I be still, breathe, and meditate for an hour - now I don't want it to end.
