Hello! I’m Aśka,

A dedicated SOMA Breathwork Instructor passionate about empowering individuals to transform their lives through the power of breath. My mission is to help you relieve stress, overcome limiting beliefs, and create the future you desire using evidence-based breathwork techniques. Whether through engaging workshops or personalized one-on-one sessions, I guide you on a journey of self-growth, self-belief, and self-healing.

My Journey

A few years ago, I faced severe burnout, chronic stress, and serious digestive health issues. While traditional medicine provided temporary relief, it didn’t address the root cause of my problems. Exploring functional medicine and a healthier diet helped, but it soon became clear that stress management was crucial for true healing. Despite regular meditation, I struggled to maintain calm throughout the day. This led me on a path of self-discovery, where I uncovered the mind’s power to overcome negative patterns and manifest a life of abundance. 

During this process, I discovered SOMA Breath, a unique breathwork modality that transformed my mindset and helped me reclaim my health. Inspired by its profound impact, I became a certified SOMA Breath Instructor to share this life-changing practice with others.

My Passion for Teaching

With over 20 years of experience in education, I’ve had the privilege of working with world-renowned institutions like the University of Oxford, UCL Institute of Education, BBC Learning, and the World Health Organization (WHO). My background equips me with the skills to create engaging, effective, and transformative breathwork sessions. I am passionate about teaching people to breathe better and smarter, helping them foster positive changes in their lives.
